Full details of how our charges are calculated are set out in our terms and conditions explaining the basis on which we carry out work.

In general, our fees are likely to depend on the work that is undertaken.  The following are just some examples.

Separation Agreement
The basic fee for drafting a Separation Agreement, (but not dealing with any amendments), is likely to range from £224.00 to £326.00, plus VAT.

Divorce
In dealing with a divorce itself, and not including any financial or other aspects, the basic fee is likely to be £220.00 to £340.00. To this must be added VAT and the court fees, in the latter case only if you are the petitioner and you do not qualify for a Fee Exemption or Remission.

Exemption from court fees

In many cases we can claim an exemption from the court fee, depending upon your income and assets.
